SHIPPING

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All purchases made through our website www.bakarionline.es will be sent by a delivery service to the address designated by the buyer.

Delivery times are as follows:

  • National: 1 to 3 business days.
  • International: 6 to 10 business days.

All orders will be prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed.

All orders placed after 5 pm will be treated as placed on the following business day. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Once your parcel has been sent to the delivery service you will receive an email with information on your order’s number and the exact day of the parcel delivery. If, by any reason, the delivery date is not to your convenience you will have some time to postpone it.

IMPORTANT! Any delay in delivery resulting from customs clearance will not be attributed to our service.

SHIPPING COSTS

At the moment of confirming your purchase the costs of each of our products and services will be displayed separately. Shipping costs will vary depending on the parcel destination.

Next we present our national and international shipping rates:

  • Iberian Peninsula: Free shipping (Price for returns in the Peninsula: 5 euros)
  • Balearic Islands: 7 euros
  • Canary Islands: 14 euros
  • Europe: 22 euros
  • United States: 34 euros
  • Other countries: 40 euros

Customs costs and/or special taxes are not included in the price.

IMPORTANT! All shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside Spain are subject to customs clearance. The buyer will have to deal with the payment of duties and/or special taxes in the relevant office.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SHOPPING?

The payment options available in our online shop are: credit/debit card and direct bank transfer. If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer you must write the number of the web order in the subject/ concept field of the transfer.

WHAT ARE THE REASONS WHY MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED?

Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card is not over its expiry date.
  • You may have reached your credit card limit. Check with your bank if your card has not exceeded the amount allowed for shopping.
  • Maybe some of the card info provided is incorrect. Check if you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
  • Maybe you haven’t activated the Secure Online Shopping function.

 

CAN I GET AN INVOICE IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?

Yes. You only have to select the option “company” in your personal data and provide the tax data that you are asked.

 

CAN I ASK FOR TAX-FREE?

No, it’s not possible anymore as Tax Free is only allowed for products bought in a physical shop and that are carried out by the buyer.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Exchange and return completely free from anywhere in the world! This offer is good for purchases in the amount, or above, 200 euros.

STEP BY STEP: If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return the products purchased through our online shop you should follow these simple steps:

  • Fill in this form with the required information..
  • Optional, although we would appreciate your help in order to improve.
  • Once the form is completed click the button SEND. Thank you for helping us improve!!
  • Soon we will reach you through your email address or by phone to inform you of the different possibilities and, if need be, we will collect the package at your home.
  • We will analyse the product and in less than 3 days we will contact you again.

 

REQUIREMENTS

It is very important that you keep in mind that in order to exchange or return a product each and all of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • That the product was delivered no more than 14 days before.
  • That the items are in perfect condition and with all their accessories. They cannot have been used, damaged or washed.
  • That the items have all their original labels.
  • That the items are returned in their complete original packaging.
  • Add the invoice, or a copy of it in the event of returning only part of the order.

 

VERY IMPORTANT!!

  • We make it easy for you! We will be responsible for picking up your package, but it’s very important that you help us a little. Before packaging the product check if it complies with the requirements stated in this tab and that the product is well packaged in a safe way so that it doesn’t get damaged. Bakari The Handmade Art will not be responsible for any damage that the products might suffer during the return procedure or for its loss. If for any reason the client wishes to make the exchange or return with a different company of his choice, Bakari The Handmade Art, will likewise not be responsible for the possible loss or damage of the products.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING MY PRODUCT?

Yes, when the exchange or return of the product is due to a change of mind, mistake at the time of placing your order, mistake in choosing size, colour, etc. In this case you will be responsible for the costs of collecting and re-delivery of the parcel, if necessary, according to the rates expressed in the tab “Shipping costs”.

No, when you have received a defective or wrong item. In that case Bakari ***The Handmade Art*** will be responsible for the costs associated with the exchange and/or return.

  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT FOR MY RETURN?

Once the return has been approved you will receive the amount paid in the same manner that the payment was performed.

If the return is due to causes alien to Bakari ***The Handmade Art***, the costs of collecting the parcel will be deduced to the amount returned in accordance with the rates expressed in the tab “Shipping costs”.

If the exchange is due to causes alien to Bakari ***The Handmade Art***, the customer will be responsible for the payment of the costs of collection and re-delivery of the parcel so that we can process a new shipping.

 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT FOR MY RETURN?

When we confirm that the items comply with the requirements defined in the tab “exchanges and returns” you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount that will be credited to your account.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A PARCEL THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO MY ORDER?

If this comes to happen, please let us know by sending an email to: info@bakarionline.es. We will assume the costs of collecting the mistaken order and the costs of the new shipping. We apologise in advance!

 

ATTENTION!!

In the event of special promotions, where the orders might be sent free of charge, in the case of exchange and/or return due to causes alien to Bakari ***The Handmade Art***, the previously expressed terms will be applied.

GIFT CARD

1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applied to BAKARI Gift Cards acquired through our website or in our physical store.

By purchasing our Gift Card you agree to these Terms and Conditions. BAKARI reserves the right to interpret, modify or end the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be published at bakari.es.

Gift Cards or BAKARI Gift Card can be used in physical store and online at bakari.es.

The Gift Card will have a specific code that must be used during the purchase process.

You can use your Gift Card to pay the full or partial amount of selected article or articles. If your online purchase is not fully covered by the Gift Card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.

2. Delivery and Payment

Delivery deadlines:

  • National: from 1 to 3 working days
  • International: from 6 to 10 working days

We send your physical gift card completely free of charge to any part of the world in case your purchase is equal to or greater than 200 euros. You can check our shipping rates for national and international deliveries, here.

Both if the purchase includes the physical gift Card or not, we will send the electronic Gift Card to the e-mail address indicated by the recipient, once the purchase is complete.

3. Validation

The minimum value of a BAKARI Gift Card is 20 euros. BAKARI Gift Cards can be used until the full amount had been drained.

4. Privacy policy

Bakari Complementos LLC is responsible for all personal data that is provided to
