SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery times are as follows:
National: 1 to 3 business days
International: 6 to 10 business days
We prepare your order once payment is confirmed. All purchases made after 5:00 pm Spain Time will be sent the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance. The buyer will have to face the payment of tariffs and / or special taxes at the corresponding office.
Delays in deliveries caused by customs clearance will not be attributable to our service.
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make any return, remember that the product must be in perfect condition, with all its components and well packaged.

Returns are to the customer’s expense.
Please allow 3 to 12 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be reflected on your bank account.
Shipping costs are free within the Iberian Peninsula for orders over € 60.
For other destinations it will depend on the place, you can easily calculate this in the first step of the purchasing process, inside your cart.
ARE EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?
